A nursery in Cheshunt is looking to recruit a nursery manager for a 60-place setting. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to oversee and be responsible for a dynamic Children's Nursery.

You will provide overall management including supervision of overall development, operational, financial and administrative functions. Initial focus will be on bringing in new business and quickly creating a large, strong customer base and community presence.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about childcare and education and is keen to work for a successful and growing company. You must be able to inspire, lead and develop a management team in pursuit of excellence in an early year's setting. We're looking for an exceptional Management Staff with:

A minimum of NNEB or Level 3 in Childcare or Degree in Early Years - Level 6 would be a distinct advantage Management experience

Full budget responsibility
An unrivalled and demonstrable passion for childcare
A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and what it takes to deliver an outstanding nursery.
