Nursery Manager
to lead amedium-sized nursery with a strong community spirit and family feel

who values teamwork, relationships, and delivering high-quality early years education within a warm, supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional childcare and learning experiences. Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring full compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards. Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and the local community. Support staff development, wellbeing, and a positive, collaborative culture.
Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent). Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or a confident Deputy ready to step up. Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and operational requirements. Passionate, approachable, and committed to providing the very best start for every child.
