Job Description
ABC Childcare Services LTD is looking for an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead and manage our NEW nursery opening in Congleton.
Our Manager Will:
Need at least a level 3 childcare qualification and 3 years of experience managing Have Management experience within a nursery setting Be dynamic, energetic and fun Have a real love and drive for working with and educating children Have a thorough understanding of the EYFS, Safeguarding and Ofsted Believe in building strong Parent Partnerships to provide cohesive learning to our children Need to work closely with the local school Work closely with the Directors and the Assistant Manager. Create a safe and stimulating environment to promote learning and development. Update parents and carers on children's progress. Work with colleagues to meet children's needs. Check the safety of the environment and ensure all health and safety and fire regulations are followed. Adhere to and implement policies and procedures. Arrange marketing materials and show rounds. Keep accurate records. Build the occupancy of the setting
An Early Years Teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
This role is full time 40 hours a week.
