The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education Inspire, support, and develop your team to deliver outstanding practice in line with the EYFS Build strong, positive relationships with parents, children, and the wider community Oversee recruitment, training, and staff development Ensure full compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and all relevant legislation and policies
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
A minimum of
Level 3 Early Years qualification
(Level 5 or above preferred) Previous management or deputy management experience in an early years setting Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education in a supportive environmentJob Type: Full-time
Pay: From 35,000.00 per year
