The Barn Nursery is thrilled to announce the new opening of a large setting in April 2026! We are looking for an experienced, proactive Nursery Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding care and learning experiences for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

Work alongside the nursery creating a new environment in the lead up to opening in April 2026

Lead and support the nursery team, promoting high standards of care and education

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all safeguarding and EYFS requirements

Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and staff

Manage staffing, rotas, training, and performance

Maintain accurate records, policies, and procedures

Drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes and nursery experience

Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy targets

Requirements:

Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum); Level 5+ desirable

Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements

Previous nursery leadership experience

Excellent communication, organisation, and team-management skills

Passion for providing high-quality early years care

This is a year round, full time position to cover hours between 7.30am - 6.00pm , Monday - Friday. Part time hours may be considered.
