Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the nursery, including staff, children, and facilities
- Develop and implement educational programmes
- Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies
- Lead and motivate a team of nursery staff
- Drive continuous improvement in nursery standards and practices

Skills:
- Experience working in a nursery setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in English language
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Childcare qualification is desirable
- Valid driving licence
