Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee our nursery. This role is crucial in providing a safe, nurturing environment for children while supporting their early development. The Nursery Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of our youngest members.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all children. Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote early childhood development. Lead and support nursery staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and any concerns. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in childcare practices. Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages children's social, emotional, and physical growth.

Requirements

Level 3 Diploma qualification Proven or early childhood education. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent communication skills to engage with parents and children alike. A passion for childcare and early childhood education principles. Relevant qualifications in childcare or education preferred.

Pay: 22,051.52-41,632.17 per year

Expected hours: 27 - 33 per week
