Nursery Manager
Job Description
My client is seeking a Nursery Manager to coordinate the day-to-day activities of our busy, nursery. The ideal candidate for this position has a background as a Nursery Manager or at least, Room Leader looking for the next step up in their career and will be responsible for managing all operational activities including hiring staff, overseeing daily operations, and implementing internal procedures. We are seeking a Manager with excellent leadership and organisational skills who can work well under pressure. We are currently looking for a Nursery Manager to join our team, working term-time only. We are looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about making a difference in the children's nursery education. Our goal is to create a safe and inclusive environment for all the children.
Responsibilities:You will be responsible for monitoring the facility and equipment and arranging maintenance and repairs when needed.
You will need to update parents or carers about how their child is progressing, as well as any other behavioural issues.
Requirements:Minimum Level 3 Childcare Qualification
Experience as a Room Leader at minimum
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 40,000.00-42,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
