We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations within a vibrant nursery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children, and maintaining high standards of childcare. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise nursery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team performance Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and safeguarding regulations within the nursery Maintain excellent communication with parents and carers regarding their child's progress and wellbeing Oversee daily nursery operations, including enrolment, scheduling, and resource management Organise staff rotas, monitor attendance, and facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities Foster a warm, inclusive environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and educational growth Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of childcare services provided

Experience

Proven management experience within a nursery or early childhood education setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Extensive experience working with children, ideally with a background in childcare or early childhood education Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and health & safety regulations relevant to nurseries Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Valid driving licence is desirable for transporting resources or attending external meetings or training sessions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
