If you hold a Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years Education and are passionate about delivering outstanding childcare and education, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role


As Nursery Manager, you will lead a committed team to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can grow and thrive. You will manage all operational aspects of the nursery, maintain high standards of care and education, and build strong relationships with families and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring smooth, effective, and compliant practice Plan and deliver a creative and inspiring curriculum aligned with the EYFS framework Manage administrative duties including staff records, nursery documentation, supplies, and budgets Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and all regulatory requirements Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a motivated and high-performing team Foster positive partnerships with parents and carers, promoting open communication and trust Drive occupancy by promoting the nursery within the local community Create and maintain a warm, inclusive, and supportive culture for children, staff, and families

About You:



Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years Education (essential) Previous experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting (essential) Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory standards Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
