We're currently seeking a passionate and motivated Nursery Manager to lead our team and drive exceptional practice through coaching, training, and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory, health & safety, and safeguarding standards
Inspire and manage a team of early years practitioners, offering regular coaching, training, and supervision
Champion the nursery's ethos and vision, embedding it across all aspects of care and education
Build strong relationships with children, families, staff, and external agencies
Oversee planning and delivery of the EYFS curriculum and Woven's bespoke learning approach
Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
Monitor performance, drive improvements, and maintain high standards of care and learning outcomes
Manage nursery budgets, staffing, and resource allocation effectively
Support the inclusion and development of children with SEND
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Level 3 qualification
in Childcare/Early Years (Level 5 or above highly desirable)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a nursery management role
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, child development, and best practice in early education
Understanding and experience supporting children with SEND
Confident leadership, organisation, and team management skills
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Paediatric First Aid & Safeguarding certificates (or willingness to complete)
Clear enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK
