Bambinos Nursery in Roby is a family run, friendly, welcoming setting that puts children at the heart of everything we do. We provide a safe, caring and engaging environment for children aged 0-5, and we're proud of the strong relationships we build with families and our local community. We have been open 60 years in 2026 and are looking to move forward in a new and exciting direction!

We're looking for an experienced Nursery Manager who can lead our team with confidence, warmth and a genuine passion for early years.

About the Role

As Nursery Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery. You'll support staff, work closely with parents, and ensure that the nursery continues to provide high-quality care and education.

Main Responsibilities

Overseeing the daily running of the nursery and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed Leading, supporting and developing the staff team Making sure the nursery meets all EYFS, Ofsted and safeguarding requirements Managing rotas, ratios and general organisation within the setting Maintaining accurate records and documentation Building positive relationships with parents and carers Ensuring the nursery remains a warm, safe and stimulating environment Managing budgets, resources and contributing to the overall growth of the nursery

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced as a Nursery Manager, or a Deputy Manager who is fully ready to step into management Confident in leading a team and supporting staff development Knowledgeable about EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted expectations Friendly, approachable and able to communicate well with families and staff Organised, reliable and passionate about giving children the best start in life

Essential Requirements

Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or higher) Experience in a nursery leadership role Good understanding of current early years legislation Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
