Role - Nursery Manager
Location - Ipswich, Suffolk - IP2
Salary - 23,152.50
Contract/Hours - 37.5 hours per week, 42 weeks per year (term time + half terms)
Closing date - 1st November 2025
We require a qualified Nursery Manager to join our small team.
The role of a Nursery Manager involves being the face of the nursery, being actively involved with the local authority, supporting a small group of nursery practitioners in their roles and providing guidance around Safeguarding and EYFS frameworks - among other duties.
Minimum Level 3 qualification is required, along with a Maths and English qualification. DSL training is preferred, but training can be supported.
Experience we are looking for
Due to the current situation within the nursery, we require someone with previous experience working as a nursery manager, or within a very similar role.
The Nursery
Brookside is a small setting with a small team, caring for children aged 2 years up. This includes the After-School club which care for children up to 11 years old. The nursery has a welcoming and friendly environment, with all staff working closely together to provide care and support to all the children in attendance.
