About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic

Nursery Manager

to lead our nursery over

4 days per week

.
You will be responsible for the overall running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, education, and compliance with EYFS and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing nursery team. Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety. Drive continuous improvement and maintain our Outstanding Ofsted standards. Build strong partnerships with parents, staff, and the local community. Manage budgets, occupancy, and staffing efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (Level 5 or higher desirable). Proven leadership experience in an early years setting. Strong understanding of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements. Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills. A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for children's development.
