Summary

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver exceptional childcare services.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Develop and implement educational programs that promote children's development. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children. Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and external agencies. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance appraisals. Oversee daily operations including budgeting, resource management, and administrative tasks. Promote the nursery's ethos of quality care and continuous improvement.'

Qualifications

NNEB, Early Years Childcare Qualification Level 3, Degree in Early Years Childhood study and Education or any other relevant childcare qualification on the DFE approved list.

Proven experience in managing a childcare or early education setting.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of regulatory standards related to childcare. Ability to develop educational programs tailored to children's needs. Organizational skills with attention to detail. A relevant qualification in early childhood education or management is preferred.
