Little Explorers is part of Aigburth Training Opportunities, a registered charity with over 30 years of experience in delivering childcare training and assessment. Our nursery is located in Liverpool's Knowledge Quarter in the city center. Together, we provide a safe and stimulating environment that promotes the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of all children as part of their daily routine.

We are currently seeking a Nursery Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will possess full and relevant qualifications, along with the necessary experience to confidently fulfill this role.

Key qualifications include:

- Extensive knowledge of Safeguarding, the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and Personal, Social, and Health Education (PSHE).

- Qualifications must meet EYFS & OFSTED Requirements and suitable DBS

- The ability to keep the team informed about any changes in these areas.

- A positive attitude, openness, and honesty to effectively guide the team.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- The capacity to build positive and professional relationships with both children and families.

The Nursery Manager will report to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, including adherence to health and safety regulations and addressing all other business needs.

We are currently looking for a Nursery Manager to lead the team, this person will have full and relevant qualifications as well as the relevant experience to fulfil the role with confidence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Safeguarding, EYFS, SEND, PANCO and be able to keep the teams knowledge up to date with any changes that may come through.

The ideal candidate will be open, honest and able to guide the team in the right direction with a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal English skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to build positive and professional relationships with children and families.

The Manager will report to The Board of directors and be responsible for day to day running, Health and Safety regulations and all other areas of the business needs.
