About the Role

As

Nursery Manager

, you'll take full responsibility for the overall leadership and smooth running of the nursery. You'll inspire your team to deliver exceptional care and education, uphold the highest standards of compliance, and maintain the nursery's outstanding reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and support a team of dedicated Early Years practitioners. Deliver and embed the EYFS curriculum to an exceptional standard. Oversee nursery operations including rotas, staffing, budgeting, and health & safety. Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5. Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the local community. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development. Ensure Ofsted compliance and drive continuous quality improvement.

About You

You're an inspiring leader who thrives in a fast-paced, child-centred environment. You combine strong management skills with a deep understanding of Early Years education and a passion for excellence.

Requirements:

Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above desirable). Proven experience in a Nursery Manager or senior leadership role. Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and compliance standards. Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on quality and team development. Eligibility to work in the UK.
