Dependent on experience and qualificationsWe are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead our early years setting with passion, professionalism, and care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent knowledge of EYFS, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the nursery Lead, manage, and support staff members Ensure compliance with safeguarding and Ofsted requirements Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment Support curriculum planning and staff development
Requirements:
Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., Level 3 or above) Equivalent relevant experience in a nursery or early years setting Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding Excellent communication and team leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively and manage a busy environment
