Job Description

To be responsible for the day to day running of this nursery. Must conform to an exceed the requirements of Ofsted. The candidate must be able to lead and support the team, and make sure that the setting offers a safe and caring environment for children to develop and learn.

You will motivate and lead your team, modelling best practise to ensure successful outcomes for all children. You will help create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, forming close bonds with parents. The role is ideally suited to an existing childcare setting manager looking for a new challenge or an experienced Deputy Manager in childcare, looking for a promotion.

NNEB or NVQ3 are minimum qualifications required. A relevant Foundation Degree or HND would be an advantage. A Degree in early years, childcare, child development or related subject would be highly desirable

. Must have an excellent knowledge of the EYFS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
