Nursery Manager - 33k + Bonus + Package

We are delighted to be partnering with a respected Early Years provider to recruit a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager for their exceptional, purpose-built setting. Our nursery offers a warm, nurturing environment with three well-equipped rooms: a Baby Room (0-2 years), Toddler Room (2-3 years), and Preschool Room (3-5 years). Set in a charming rural setting, the nursery provides enriching learning opportunities that encourage children to explore their interests and develop their unique talents.

What Are Your Key Responsibilities?

Leading and motivating your team to uphold excellent standards Ensuring delivery of an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum Overseeing staffing, budgeting, compliance, and daily operations Building strong relationships with families and external partners Maintaining high standards in line with EYFS and regulatory requirements Driving ongoing professional development and reflective practice

Who Are We Looking For?

Level 3 Early Years qualification or above Experience in a leadership role within an early years setting Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and compliance Confident leadership, communication, and organisational skills A proactive, positive approach and commitment to improving outcomes
