Are you ready to shape something truly special from the very beginning? We're opening the doors to a stunning, brand new nursery! We are now looking for an amazing Nursery Manager to bring enthusiasm, passion and EYFS expertise to our team! This is a wonderful opportunity to join our brand new locations opening from day 1! This role is predominantly

office based.

Salary

: 31,000 to 38,000 per annum / 15.50 - 19.00ph (Depending on Experience/Qualifications)

Hours/Days:

38.5 Hours over 4 Days Shifts between 7.30am - 6.30pm All Year / Permanent

Nursery Manager Responsibilities

Leading and managing the nursery team Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Creating and implementing engaging educational programs Building positive relationships with parents, children, and staff Managing budgets, resources, and overall nursery operations

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager Experience

Minimum Level 3 in Childcare

Strong leadership skills with experience in team management A passion for early childhood education and development Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety standard Be eligible to work in the UK
