Are you a passionate Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in your early years career? Or an experienced Nursery Manager looking for a role with more heart, flexibility, and balance?
We're a small, family-run nursery in Horsham with a second site in Pulborough, and we're looking for a
Nursery Manager
who's ready to lead with warmth, creativity, and confidence.
This is a
flexible leadership role
that can be:
Full-time or 4 days per week
Split between 3 days in Horsham and 2.5 days in Pulborough
Term-time only
, giving you work-life balance
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading a small, dedicated team with kindness and clarity
Creating a joyful, safe, and stimulating environment for children
Building strong, trusting relationships with families
Managing day-to-day operations, compliance, and planning
Supporting and inspiring your team's development
What We're Looking For:
Level 3 in Early Years (Level 5+ preferred)
Experience in a Deputy or Manager role
Confident, approachable leadership style
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted
A hands-on, playful approach to learning and care
