My Little Kingdom Day Nursery is looking for an enthusiastic, inspiring, and committed Nursery Manager to lead our wonderful team. We are a nature-inspired setting, embracing Learning Through Nature with elements of the Curiosity Approach, Montessori, and Forest School. If you are passionate about child-led learning, outdoor exploration, and creating magical experiences for children, we would love to hear from you.

As Nursery Manager, you will:

Provide strong, supportive leadership to your team Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and education Uphold and champion our ethos of nurturing children through nature Drive the smooth running of the setting, including staffing, planning, parent partnerships, and quality assurance Support staff development and cultivate a positive, reflective working culture

We're looking for someone who is:

A dynamic and confident leader Passionate about early years and outdoor learning Organised, proactive, and able to inspire others Experienced in managing or supervising within an Early Years setting Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years (Level 5+ preferred)
