Salary:

39,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Contract:

Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) - Open all year round except bank holidays

About the Role

As

Nursery Manager

, you'll be the driving force behind the nursery's success--leading with vision, nurturing talent, and ensuring excellence in every aspect of care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire:

Motivate and support a passionate team to deliver outstanding care and education

Maintain high standards:

Ensure EYFS compliance and promote strong progress for all children

Champion safeguarding and inclusion:

Create a safe, inclusive environment where every child thrives

Build strong partnerships:

Engage with parents, carers, and external agencies

Drive performance:

Monitor occupancy, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance

Develop your team:

Conduct observations, appraisals, and support ongoing professional development

What We're Looking For

Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (or higher) Minimum 3 years' post-qualifying experience in early years and management Proven success in leading teams and creating inspiring learning environments Strong communication, organisational, and safeguarding skills A genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives
