.Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential) Minimum
2 years' experience
in a managerial or senior nursery role Currently working in a nursery setting Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements Proven leadership and team management skillsKey Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily running of the nursery Lead, support, and develop the staff team Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety standards Maintain high-quality care and education for all children Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies
