Nursery Manager

to join our new setting to provide strong leadership

Lead a nursery to ensure the curriculum is embedded and children are achieving and thriving Support and mentor the staff Ensuring the nursery offers the right environment and practice of the highest standard Ensure all children's needs are met - Send and inclusion Help elevate quality of the provision through training and working closely with room leaders and educators.

What we're looking for:

A strong Nursery Manager (or experienced Deputy ready to step up) with proven leadership experience of at least 2 years. A confident decision-maker who can adapt quickly to different teams and environments. Up-to-date knowledge of

Ofsted requirements

and the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

. A supportive leader who can inspire staff and build positive relationships with families.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing nursery operations to a high standard, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS. Leading and developing staff teams, ensuring excellent standards of care and education. Supporting with budgets, occupancy, and financial targets. Preparing nurseries for inspections and supporting quality improvement. Building strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.

Pay: 30,000.00-34,500.00 per year
