Key Responsibilities

Support the Nursery Manager in leading the team and operations Develop and implement stimulating educational programmes aligned with EYFS Oversee daily nursery activities including meals, play, and routines Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment Build strong relationships with parents and ensure effective communication Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and Ofsted requirements

About You

Level 3+ in Childcare or equivalent

Previous experience as Deputy Manager or similar leadership role

Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted frameworks Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills Passionate about early years education and child development Eligible to work in the UK
