We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate Nursery Manager to join our friendly team in

Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST7

We are looking for a Nursery Manager to join our team and lead the setting. We pride ourselves on providing high quality child-centred care for your child in a secure welcoming and inclusive environment which both supports and challenges children to make the best progress they can to reach their full potential. We have an extensive woodland area for children to explore and enclosed areas to each room where the children can play in absolute safety. 'Outside' play is an essential part of the nursery day - it is only inclement weather that keeps us indoors!

All our Early years Educators are qualified to level 3 or Degree level and they pass their knowledge and experience on to our trainees. The experience and quality of our team really shines through, and they are totally dedicated to their job.

Salary:

Up to 32,000pa pro rata(Depending on Experience/Qualifications)

Hours/Days:

38 Hours, Monday-Friday Term Time 38 Weeks / Permanent Shifts between 7am-6pm (flexible to discuss shift patterns)
*We cannot offer school hours for this role

Nursery Manager Responsibilities:

Day to day management of the Nursery Building strong and positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues Maintaining high standards of quality within the nursery Make sure the setting's policies and procedures are adhered to at all times Deliver exceptional care that helps the children to develop and flourish Working in partnership with other professionals to ensure all individual needs are met and all children are able to reach their full potential

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous Deputy / Nursery Manager Experience

Minimum Level 3 in Childcare

Strong leadership skills with experience in team management A passion for early childhood education and development Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety standard Be eligible to work in the UK
