## Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee our childcare facility and lead a team of early childhood educators. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing young minds and creating a safe, engaging environment for children to learn and grow.

## Duties

- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and children to ensure a positive nursery experience

- Manage day-to-day operations of the nursery, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

- Utilise leadership skills to motivate and support nursery staff in providing high-quality care and education

- Implement and maintain policies and procedures to uphold regulatory standards and safeguarding requirements

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the nursery's educational programmes and facilities

## Qualifications

- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills

- Experience working in childcare or early childhood education settings

- Previous experience managing a nursery or similar childcare facility is desirable

- Strong leadership abilities with a passion for working with children

- Qualifications in childcare or early years education are advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
