We're a passionate family-run nursery group operating four amazing settings across London, and we're seeking an inspiring Nursery Manager to lead one of our purpose-built nurseries and make a real difference to children, families, and our talented early years team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and manage the nursery team

Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements

Maintain high standards of care, education, and practice

Manage staffing, rotas, recruitment, training, and appraisals

Build strong relationships with parents and the local community

Drive continuous improvement, quality, and occupancy

Promote staff wellbeing and professional development

Requirements

Essential

2 years previous Nursery Manager experience (essential)

Level 3 Early Years qualification (Ofsted-recognised) -

Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted frameworks

Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills

Passion for high-quality childcare and team development

Desirable

Level 5

Recent Ofsted Inspection experience

SENCo qualification

The Curiosity Approach trained

Forest School experience

Working Hours

40 hours per week

4-day working week

Shifts 7:30am - 6:15pm

Monday to Friday
