What You Will Be Doing



Leading the Nursery



Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and education. Lead, motivate, and support your staff team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

Quality & Compliance



Ensure full compliance with safeguarding and Early Years regulations. Maintain accurate records, policies, and procedures. Uphold and develop high-quality teaching and learning practices throughout the setting.

Supporting Children & Families



Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and carers. Ensure every child receives exceptional care tailored to their individual needs. Promote a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment.

Driving Success



Manage staffing, budgets, and nursery resources effectively. Lead improvements, implement new ideas, and continually evaluate the quality of provision. Support ongoing staff development and performance.

What We Are Looking For



A passionate and confident leader with significant experience in a senior early years role. Excellent communication, organisation, and people management skills. A commitment to delivering outstanding childcare and education. A minimum of a recognised

Level 5 Early Years qualification

. A positive role model who inspires others and leads with professionalism and care.
