Sunnyskies Day Nursery is looking for a highly experienced, motivated and passionate manager who would love the exciting challenge of working with us to continue the success of this much loved day nursery.

Main Responsibilities:

- To deliver a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years.

- To supervise and appraise nursery staff as directed.

- To ensure that the nursery is a safe environment for all.

- To build partnerships with parents and carers to increase involvement in their child's development.

- To recruit new families to our setting.

- To work with our team to create a warm and nurturing environment.

Our Expectations:

- To meet Ofsted requirements at all times.

- To deliver an appropriate play based early years foundation stage (EYFS) curriculum that enables children to make individual progress and to support other staff.

- To understand and work towards nursery policies and procedures.

- Working with other professionals to benefit children and families.

Qualifications

- Childcare NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

- DBS checked

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

-Paediatric First Aid

-Food Hygiene Level 2

- Safeguarding Children Level 1

-At least 2 years Managerial experience

-Recent Ofsted inspection experience

- Proven track record of team working

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
