The Role

As Nursery Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our success. You'll:

Lead, inspire, and develop a passionate team, ensuring every day is filled with joy and learning. Keep our nursery running smoothly, from day-to-day operations to long-term planning. Build strong partnerships with parents, the community, and regulatory bodies. Ensure we meet (and exceed!) all safeguarding, EYFS, and quality standards. Bring fresh ideas to make our nursery the place every child wants to be.

What We're Looking For

You'll need:

Management experience

- You know how to lead people, motivate a team, and manage a busy setting with confidence.

A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above

- Your knowledge and passion for early years are second to none. A strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery compliance. A warm, approachable personality with a dash of creativity and a bucket load of enthusiasm!
