to lead a well-established Early Years setting and drive excellence across education, care, safeguarding, and operational performance.

About the Role

As Nursery Manager, you will hold full responsibility for the operational, educational, and commercial performance of the nursery. You will lead, inspire, and develop a team of Early Years professionals while creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child can flourish.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-quality provision Lead, mentor, and develop staff through effective supervision, coaching, and performance management Ensure curriculum planning and delivery are fully aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Promote a positive and inclusive culture that supports children's wellbeing and staff engagement Manage recruitment, inductions, appraisals, and ongoing training plans Monitor occupancy levels and contribute to budget management and resource planning Build strong, professional partnerships with parents, carers, and external agencies Maintain full compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, health & safety, and all statutory requirements
About You

We are looking for an inspiring and proactive leader who is committed to delivering the highest standards of Early Years care and education.

You will have:



A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above preferred) Previous leadership or management experience within an Early Years setting Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding legislation, and health & safety requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills A child-centred approach with a focus on continuous improvement and best practice Eligibility to work in the UK
