About you
You're an able, enthusiastic, a people person who can communicate well with others at all levels, from employees to young children.
You will have an excellent understanding of all standards and requirements that our nursery needs to comply with, including the EYFS, Ofsted and Health and Safety.
You will be flexible and work alongside the manager with a large staff team to ensure these standards are kept high.
We are looking for a happy, helpful team player who has a passion for working with children and drive to achieve outstanding practice, working with colleagues to make positive changes, where appropriate, within the nursery.
You will need to demonstrate your commitment to children at all times taking into consideration their wellbeing, safeguarding and development and build solid trusting relationships between parents, carers, children, the nursery team and any other professionals who may work with us.
About the role
You will need:
A full and relevant Early Years qualification - Level 3 or above.
An excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework.
A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.
Working knowledge of employment legislation including equal opportunities legislation.
