About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Nursery Nurse to join a well-established childcare setting in West Drayton. This is an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 qualified practitioner to contribute to a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years Implement and follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote development and learning Monitor, assess, and record children's progress through observations and learning journals Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all children Ensure that safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g., CACHE, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) - essential Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting Sound knowledge of the EYFS and child development Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for working with young children Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
