Job description for a Level 3 role in a nurse

we are looking for qualified and experienced Level 3 practitioner to support the delivery of high-quality care and education in our nursery. You'll work closely with the nursery team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes children's development.

*Key Responsibilities:

1.Supporting Children's Development:

2 Plan and implement activities that promote children's learning and development. - Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to the team.

3Team Support: - Assist the Nursery Manager in supervising and supporting junior staff. Share expertise and best practices with colleagues.

4.Daily Operations: - Contribute to the smooth running of the nursery, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

5.Parent Communication: - Build relationships with parents and communicate children's progress. - Address parental queries and concerns.

6.Health and Safety: - Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.

7.Promote good hygiene practices.

Requirements:

Qualifications

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g., CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent).

*Experience

: Relevant experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.

: - Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum. - Effective communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to plan and deliver activities that promote learning.
