We are a well established medium sized Nursery based in the lovely village of Thorney. We are looking for a fun loving Early Years Educator to join our high performing team. To be based in our under 2's room.
You will need to hold a relevant level 3 qualification or level 2 with a view to gaining level 3 at the setting.
You will need to have experience working in the early years and a knowledge of the EYFS. With an enthusiasm to support early years children in their development. We offer a highly supportive, flexible work environment with a hands on management team who will be there to support your development and create the space to grow in your role.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Encouraging children, while helping them to extend and develop their own unique skills
Working alongside other staff with small groups of children.
Liasing with parents on their child's development, building positive relationships.
To implement the setting curriculum, observe and plan for your key Children
To develop a sound understanding of our safeguarding policies.
You will also l be required to have a enhance DBS
