Job Description

Little Plums Nursery, is a private group of children's nurseries. Providing childcare primarily for children aged 0-5 years old.

We are paperless in the main, offer staff great training and support. We want you to be the best practitioner so our children have the best outcomes.

FULL TIME or PART TIME Qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse

Ensuring children are cared for in a happy secure and stimulating environment. To have knowledge, understanding and confidence in keeping children safe and implement our safeguarding procedures appropriately Carry out a key person role, building effective relationships with the parents and children and meeting the children's individual care and learning needs Supervise, observe, encourage and support the children in meeting their personal targets through their interest in ensuring they progress and develop leading them onto the path of school readiness. To plan, prepare and deliver the curriculum with the team to consistently meet the requirements of the EYFS. To establish a trusting relationship with parents through working in partnership with them, giving daily informative feedback in order to meet their child's needs. Adhere to all Little Plums Nursery policies and procedures To work as part of a team and with outside agencies supporting children's needs appropriately. Undertake our mandatory induction program. Highest standards of Health & Safety and well being

Qualifications

Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Childhood Education Proven experience working with children in a nursery setting Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents Ability to demonstrate leadership and management skills in a childcare environment Valid driving license and proficiency in English is preferred

Pay: From 12.44 per hour
