Nursery Nurse
Job Description
A local daycare facility is seeking a Nursery Nurse who is the cornerstone of our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience caring for children and working in a child care centre in addition to great communication skills. This position requires someone who is capable of managing both individual and group learning activities and creating a safe, nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor the physical, intellectual, and emotional development of children and communicate the results to parents.
Teach the children basic care such as hand washing, putting on shoes and coats, brushing their hair, and other activities of daily living.
Help the children develop physically, cognitively and emotionally.
Ensure that the children receive nutritious meals in accordance with the programme's nutritional standards.
Supervise children during outdoor play time.
Instruct children on hygiene practices and how to keep themselves safe.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21-12.41 per hour
