Butterflies Nursery are looking to recruit experienced qualified level 3 staff members on a full or part time basis to join our nursery.

This job is a permanent contract.

The role is with full key person responsibilities.

A Paediatric First Aid qualification is desired and the candidate must be willing to take on new training. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check, unless on the DB update service.

You need to be fun in your approach and show you can multi task, you will carry out key person responsibilities such as observing and carrying out activities with children, and setting out and providing experiences that will stretch and challenge.

You will also need to:

Have a warm smiling face that makes every child feel special. Plan purposeful activities to the abilities of each individual child Be able to expand the knowledge of our children, interact and ask those deep questions to expand their learning Be able to sing along and of course know all the actions. You must be able to give out hugs when needed and provide fun and laughter Bring out your inner child
Also, there is the messy bit!!

Communication is also essential as you will need to communicate with your team members and parents.
