Job Summary

The Bruce Nursery is an excellent, well resourced nursery in Aberdeen city centre.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood learning and a genuine love for working with children.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality childcare in a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and development and sharing insights with parents. Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play experiences.

Experience

A qualification in early years care and learning is preferred. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred. Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
