What You'll Be Doing

Learning about best practices in early years childcare Supporting children's learning, play, and development Observing and recording children's progress Assisting in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities Helping to maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment Understanding and following safeguarding practices Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Adhering to nursery policies and procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

A genuine interest in working with young children and starting a childcare career A friendly, caring, and proactive attitude Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the role A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children A
