Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. Responsibilities

Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support the children's emotional and social development. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to track their development. Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive atmosphere that respects diversity and encourages participation from all children. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery setting, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (Level 2 or Level 3). Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
