What We're Looking For:

A

full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare

(Required).

Very recent experience

in working as a

Nursery Nurse

in a childcare setting. (Preferred)

Confidence in all aspects

of nursery work, including

EYFS implementation, safeguarding policies, and expectations of a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

(Required). Experience as a

Key Worker

, with a strong ability to track, assess, and support children's

ongoing development

(Required). A deep understanding of child development, with the ability to identify and support children's next steps in learning. (Required) A proactive and enthusiastic approach to childcare, ensuring that children's development and well-being are at the heart of everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a

safe, nurturing, and stimulating

environment for children. Act as a

Key Worker

, carrying out detailed

observations

and

assessments

, linking them effectively to the EYFS. Maintain accurate records of children's development and progress, ensuring all documentation is up to date. Plan and implement

engaging and age-appropriate activities

that promote learning and development. Ensure

safeguarding policies

and

procedures

are followed at all times. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children's progress. Maintain high standards of

health and safety

within the nursery environment.

What We Require Before You Start:

A

clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS check

provided by us (required before starting).

Two satisfactory references

, including one from your most recent employer (required before starting).

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

Alternating shifts:

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
