Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and early childhood education, with the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, and fostering their development through engaging play and educational experiences.

Responsibilities



Provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery setting. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships. Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development in line with early years frameworks. Collaborate with team members to manage daily nursery operations efficiently. Drive initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences through creative play and exploration. Support children's individual needs, ensuring inclusivity within the nursery setting.

Experience



Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively interact with children and parents. Demonstrated leadership abilities to manage activities and guide less experienced staff members. A passion for nurturing children's growth and development through engaging educational practices is crucial.

Pay: 22,555.00-23,477.00 per year
