Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development and well-being of young children.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery setting. Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's learning and development. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records of their development. Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and conducive to learning. Collaborate with team members to manage daily operations effectively. Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills within the nursery team.

Experience

Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proven ability to manage and drive initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences. Experience in childcare practices that promote inclusivity and diversity within the nursery environment. Leadership experience is an advantage, showcasing your ability to guide and support fellow practitioners.
