Qualifications:

We are looking for Level 2 & 3+ qualified Practitioners to join Liverpool Day Nursery. There are multiple positions available, due to it being a new Nursery.

Bonus if:

First aid trained, SENCO.

Duties include:

-Plan, create, implement an reflect engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones.

-Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents.

-Maintain accurate records of each child's development and behaviour.

-Develop and maintain strong parent/guardian partnerships.

-Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding.

-Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment.

What we're looking for:

-Full and Relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (essential).

-Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children.

-Previous experience working with children (Ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar).

-Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.

-Ability to build trust and build strong relationships with both colleagues and parents.

-Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.

Experience:

-Nursery: 1 year (Essential)

-Enhanced DBS check (Essential)

-First aid trained (Preferred)
