At Juniors Day Nursery in Boughton Monchelsea, we believe every child deserves a place where they can truly shine. Set in a beautifully converted oast house surrounded by nature, our nursery is a haven for curiosity, creativity, and joyful learning.



We're looking for a warm, enthusiastic

Nursery Practitioner

(level 2 or 3 qualified) to join our passionate team and help us deliver exceptional care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Your Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll:


Support children's development through tailored planning and play-based learning Deliver engaging activities that reflect each child's interests and developmental stage Build strong, trusting relationships with families and keep them involved in their child's journey Collaborate with your room team to create a safe, organised, and joyful environment Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards with confidence and care

Whether you're in our cosy baby room, lively toddler spaces, or our adventurous preschool building with free-flow garden access, you'll be part of a setting where children are encouraged to be themselves.

A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare A solid understanding of child development and the EYFS framework A commitment to safeguarding and emotional wellbeing Creativity, initiative, and a genuine love for working with children Previous nursery experience is a bonus--but passion and potential matter most
