Clearly Education Ltd are looking for a qualified Nursery Practitioner to work in one of our Early Years settings in the Shenfield Area

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre-school Practitioner to join our small and friendly team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of Pre-school children aged 18 months to rising 5.

20-25 Hours per week.

Rate of pay: 12.75 negotiable after 6 months probation.

Responsibilities

Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment. Build positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents regarding their development. Maintain open communication with parents about their child's progress. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience.
Requirements

A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification/diploma in children's care, learning and development. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or preschool setting A genuine passion for childcare and the ability to create a nurturing atmosphere for young learners.. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in individual tasks.
